About Tycoon International

The Tycoon International Enterprise Competition is an international competition that enables young people around the world to start up and run their first business. Through our innovative digital platform, students are given the support to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, as well as having the first £500 of their loan guaranteed by the Peter Jones Foundation.

Case Study 1

Case Study 1: FlowerTeam - Shanghai Huaer Middle School

The students' business upcycled wooden crates sourced from a landfill site into impressive flower displays, and impressed judges with their initiative in selling products to local businesses, raising money for a hospice at the same time.

Case Study 2

Case Study 2: Hooked - Al Diyafah High School

A team creating affordable and trendy gifts, focusing on posters, paintings, bookmarks and mugs. Pesronalising the products set them apart, and a successful promotional campaign led to them making over £1400.
